Happy Haunts Hall of Fame

Sing someone’s praises — a kind word can brighten the whole journey.

How Passport Points work

You receive 5 points to give every month; a fresh batch arrives on the 1st. Unused giving points do not roll over.
Points you earn roll over month to month — they are yours until you redeem them.
Every point includes a shout-out reason.
Souvenir Shop requests can be made any day and are fulfilled on the 10th and 20th.
A pending request holds its points; fulfillment deducts them, and rejection releases the hold.
